Description of Services
Beer Cart is a point-of-sale and mobile ordering platform for golf courses, operated by Triangle Merchant Services LLC. Golfers at a participating course may place orders from a mobile browser for delivery on the course by the course’s beverage cart attendant. Beer Cart provides the ordering and payment technology. The participating golf course sells the items, employs the attendant, and holds the applicable alcohol license.
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
- You must be of legal drinking age to order alcohol. Identification is verified in person at handoff, and an order may be refused if age cannot be verified.
- You are responsible for orders placed on a shared tab associated with your group.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Payment Terms
Prices are set by the participating golf course and are shown before you submit an order. Tips, where offered, are optional and are directed to course staff. Payment is authorized at checkout and processed by our payment processor. Refunds and order disputes are handled by the participating golf course, which is the seller of record.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triangle Merchant Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including delays in delivery, interruptions in mobile network coverage, or items being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
