On-course ordering for golf courses
Golfers order food, drinks and pro shop gear from their phone. Your staff runs it out. No beverage cart required.
No app download for your golfers. Free software, card processing through Beer Cart POS, branded to your course.
Your course name, your logo and your colors, with a small “Powered by Beer Cart POS”.
The cart isn't out: no one to staff it today, bad weather, a slow Tuesday. Every round is a missed sale.
The cart only carries what fits. Your kitchen, the halfway house menu, and gloves, balls and tees never reach the course.
The cart interrupts play, and misses the groups it doesn't reach in time.
A golfer on 7 who wants a sandwich has no way to get one.
Scan the course's QR code or open its ordering link.
Order and pay on your phone.
The clubhouse prepares it.
Course staff run it out, or it's ready at a pickup point.
Live order status on the golfer's phone.
Another round? One tap reorders it.
Tipping built in: golfers add a tip when they order.
Food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar: each screen or printer gets only its items.
Cloud ticket printers, with reprint.
Pause food on a busy Saturday and keep drinks running.
Set ordering hours, and ordering closes on its own.
Pickup at the turn or the clubhouse, with no delivery fee.
Walkers welcome: cart number is optional.
Open the golfer side on your phone and the staff side on your laptop, place an order, and watch it come through.
Send the menu to the group: everyone picks from their own phone, and the picks land in one cart.
One person pays. Then “Split it up” texts each friend their tab with a Venmo or Cash App link.
Feeling generous? “It's on me” covers anyone, or the whole group.
“Another round” reorders the last round in one tap.
Payments between friends happen in their own apps. The course and Beer Cart POS aren't involved.
Group ordering without the waiting: friends pick from their own phones, one person pays, and everyone gets their tab by text.
Alcohol handled properly: 21+ confirmation for everyone receiving alcohol, only alcohol-eligible staff deliver it, and ID is checked at handover.
No cart required: run on-course service with whoever's on staff.
Free software: card processing through Beer Cart POS is all it takes.
Every order is paid by card in the app, and sales are final. No walk-up sales. Want something else? Place another order.
There's no monthly fee for the software. Your course processes cards through Beer Cart POS, and that's how we get paid. Add a delivery fee of 1–3% to delivered orders to help cover the cost of on-course service, or include it in your menu prices.
Your course holds the liquor license, sets the prices, checks ID at handover, issues refunds and decides how tips are handled. Beer Cart POS provides the software and keeps the record: that 21+ was confirmed at checkout, which staff member checked ID, and when.
Which member of course staff delivered a specific alcohol order, and when. Today that's a recollection. Afterwards it's a record you can export — for your insurer, your board, or an ABC inspector.
Example: change these to match your course.
Orders you could be taking: 15 a day, about $450 in sales, at 120 rounds a day.
$13,500 per 30 days, at 120 rounds a day.
Formula: (rounds per day ÷ 4 = groups) × share of groups who order = orders a day × average order.
(120 rounds ÷ 4) = 30 groups × 50% = 15 orders × $30 = $450 a day. $450 × 30 days = $13,500.
